Entries

All entry forms are available to download. Each section is entered on a separate entry form unique to that particular section

  • All entry forms are available on the official website of the Vereeniging Arts Festival.
  • Each section is entered on a separate entry form unique to that particular section.
  • All entries must be filled in electronically.
  • Be sure to type the correct spelling of the participant’s name (including special characters for example é; ë or ò), because it will be electronically transferred to be printed on the certificate.
  • Be sure to select the correct item number and fill each column in, in conjunction with the syllabus.
  • Please complete the entry form in the language of the participant, as the certificate will be printed as such. There are Afrikaans and English forms available on the website for each section.
  • Do not add any columns or headings.
  • The format of the entry form must not be changed to PDF or any other format that is not editable.
  • Affiliates must consolidate entries to all the sections on the ‘Consolidation form’.
  • All entry fees must be paid electronically. Bank details are available on the ‘Fees and Summary form’.

  • No substitution of participants will be permitted.
  • Only entries from affiliated schools / studios / institutions will be accepted.
  • Any private individual that wishes to enter, must pay the affiliation fee (please refer to fees on our website).
  • Notification of performing schedules will be sent to affiliates after the mid-

    3. Print all forms.
    4. Send all forms & proof of payment via email.
